I enjoyed the stay. The room was large and clean though it could be modernised. I liked the wardrobe size as it offered plenty of space. The bathroom was a nice size with a huge shower. The food was delicious as it was fresh and plentiful with tons of salads and grilled meats. We ate at the Lebanese a la carte twice as it was so good.
The music at the pool was unbearable and far too LOUD. I complained, and it was turned down for one day, but it was turned up the following day!

the staff was super awesome, kerolos and ahmed from reception are so supportive and kind. chefs and customer service peeps were always kind and helpful! the corals and fish from the jetty were so beautiful!

I had a wonderful experience. receptionists were excellent. They were cute, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. their kindness made check-in smooth. the housekeeping team did an excellent job, the room was always clean, fresh, and well organized. Farid, the barman, was fantastic. The drinks were great, his friendly attitude.
The beach was lovely but rocky and you could not swim. It's great if you want to snorkel.
